Our website is connected directly to our till system, so whatever is available in our shop will appear on the website instantly.
Unlike most online stores, our stock is not always permanently available. Many of our products are seasonal, so some items you may see online may no longer be available if they are out of season.
Because of this, we strongly recommend that you contact the shop before making a special journey or placing an order, to confirm that the item is currently available.
Placing an order
Before or after placing an order, we recommend contacting the shop by email to confirm availability.
Please do not travel to the shop expecting your item to be ready immediately after placing an order.
As our stock changes frequently, it’s important to stay in contact with us so we can confirm when your item will be ready for collection.
Returns & refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item is faulty.
If a fault occurs, it must be reported to the manufacturer, who will be responsible for repairing or replacing the item where applicable.

In the unlikely event that the manufacturer is unable to assist, we will do our best to step in and help you make contact with them and resolve the issue.
